About Wave Reformer Pilates

Classes are led by certified Pilates instructor Lana Leković, also the founder of this studio in Bar. The idea to open her own space came from a sincere love of movement and the desire to share with others what brought her a profound shift in her relationship with her own body.

Pilates was for me much more than physical activity. Through regular practice I learned to better understand my body, my movements, and the way I function from within. It brings strength, stability, and a sense of lightness in everyday life. That is precisely what I want to pass on to everyone who comes to train — to feel more confident, stronger, and more connected to themselves.

I work at the studio individually or in small groups, so that each session is personalised and high-quality. The focus is on correct execution, control, and progress that is truly felt. No pressure, no forcing — just smart work that delivers results.
